Anotace anglicky

The aim of the project is to share the experience of foreign experts with the staff of the Astronomical Institute of the Czech Academy of Sciences (AsU) in areas of research important for the further development of the institute. The project is focused on the mobility of both researchers from abroad to the AsU and AsU researchers to leading foreign workplaces. The implementation of mobilities will transfer specific know-how and develop the skills and competencies of researchers in the field of space and space technology research. The foreign experience will contribute, thanks to the complementary nature of the orientation and together with existing knowledge, to the achievement of higher-quality scientific results and will also make it possible to expand existing research areas at AsU. The development of the expertise of promising employees through internships at internationally renowned workplaces in areas important for the further development of AsU is an essential part of the career development of researchers and an integral part of the professional and professional growth of researchers. This cooperation will also enable the establishment of new contacts with top foreign institutes, within which cooperation and sharing of experience can be further deepened in the future. All implemented mobilities will also include a return phase aiming to ensure the transfer of experience from abroad and the dissemination of mobility results.
