Anotace anglicky

The aim of the project is to build on the activities initiated within the first round of the Smart Accelerator project and to continue in the development of the KK innovation ecosystem, the building and development of human resources in the area of research, development and innovation. The aim of the project is to contribute to the fulfillment of key areas of change of the Regional Innovation Strategy of the KK through the implementation of strategic interventions which will be further developed by the strategic developers throughout the project, linked to the problems that KK has been facing. Key areas of RIS3strategy changes are: Improved innovation performance of companies and other organizations, Better accessible and skilled workforce for innovation and key areas of change National RIS3strategy Increased innovation performance of companies and Improved availability of human resources in number and quality for innovative business, research and development. The objectives of the project are concentrated in three areas: support of higher education and balneological research, support and development of the KK innovation ecosystem and support of the KK strategic opportunities. An essential part is to raise awareness among local firms and entrepreneurs about the role and importance of innovation, research and development for the growth and competitiveness of firms, and to motivate local entrepreneurs to introduce both technical and non-technical innovations. This will also be realized through the continuation of the marketing campaign. The entrepreneurial discovery process will be developed through cooperation of three sectors - public, private and academic. There is also the aim to improve the availability and qualification of the workforce by supporting cooperation with secondary schools, universities in the form of partial activities that are part of the project.
