Human resources management in pandemic times and after

Anotace anglicky

The project will implement activities related to industrial research (30%) and experimental development (70%). The aim of these activities will be to achieve 2 project outputs. The first will be a prototype of a new generation terminal (HW, Gprot result type). The second output will be the controlling SW solution, which will contain the essential 3 modules? presence, intelligent shift planning, home-office monitoring (SW, result type R). The two outputs are interconnected and one cannot function without the other, so they will function as one complete and innovative attendance system. The total output, ie the new attendance system, falls into the category CZ-NACE 62000 - Information technology activities. The 4 main activities of the project will lead to the target product. Each activity is linked to a newly developed module. The aim of three of these modules is to increase the possibility of distance work and reduce the risk of "closure" of society associated with, for example, the spread of communicable diseases, such as the current situation with the spread of COVID-19. Internal tools as well as testing in the client environment will be used to verify them. This offered solution is so complex that it has no competition on the Czech market and is also unique within the EU market. The project envisages 7th order innovation. The project offers solutions for the management of human resources at a distance, not only for the period of limited contacts, quarantine and pandemics, but also in response to current trends in labor relations, especially in developed economies. The project thus responds to the long-term development of the market and also to the very current challenge in the form of the global pandemic COVID-19.
