The project will enable the arrival of 8 researchers from abroad to the UCHT Prague, where they will implement their 12 or 24-month project, and the departure of a researcher from the UCHT to a foreign institution, where she will implement a 24-month research project. The aim of the project is to provide these nine promising researchers with the opportunity to solve their high-quality scientific projects, which received a high score in the international assessment process managed by the European Commission, but due to a lack of funds could not be financially supported by the Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe programs. The project will support the internationalization of UCHT Prague and Czech chemistry by the arrival and integration of foreign experts and by sending researchers from UCHT Prague abroad. Thanks to their previous or newly acquired work experience from an international environment, supported workers will contribute to the development of the university with their expertise and network of contacts, which will help to build further cooperation with institutions abroad.
