Anotace anglicky

The project focuses on systematically improving the strategic framework and management of the research organization through five key activities to be completed by 31 December 2028. In the area of human resources development, the goal is to foster a working environment that supports professional growth, equal opportunities, and ethical approaches tailored to contemporary biomedical research. Organizational management will be enhanced by optimizing structures and processes to strengthen innovation and competitiveness within the research space. The internationalization activity targets the adoption of best practices from internationally successful institutions and the onboarding of foreign researchers to facilitate both professional and social integration. In the field of open science, the aim is to implement the role of a Data Steward and establish robust data management processes. The final activity focuses on the popularization of research and development through communication tools that enhance interaction with the public and attract prospective postgraduate students. Each activity will result in an integrated strategic document approved by the organization’s statutory body and relevant training for target groups. The project thus comprehensively contributes to strengthening strategic governance, internationalization, openness, and the overall attractiveness of the research organization.
