The project will achieve the following objectives: The objective of Activity 2 "Strategy for Supporting Early-Career Researchers – Doctoral Studies School" is to create and implement a strategy for developing the research activities of doctoral students and young early-career researchers at JU. The objective of Activity 3 "Research Organization Evaluation" is to create and implement a new strategy – the creation of a SMART system for the international evaluation of JU and the creation of a strategy for internal science evaluation. The objective of Activity 4 "Development of the Technology Transfer Office" is to develop an analysis, strategy and processes for the transfer of knowledge and technology, and the associated protection of intellectual property and practical use of the results of science and research at JU in the era of advanced digital technologies, and to implement this strategy. The objective of Activity 5 "Open Science" is to create and implement a strategy for the development of open science at JU. The objective of Activity 6 "Popularization of Science" is to create and implement an effective structure for the popularization of science at JU, which will increase public awareness of the university's scientific activities and research achievements.
