Strategic management of human resources in the research and creative field of UMPRUM

Anotace anglicky

The main objective is to improve the strategic setting of UMPRUM through activities related to obtaining and maintaining the European "HR Award". The goal should be achieved in accordance with the accepted principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers through key activity no. 2. This activity will be implemented under the leadership of the steering committee, mainly through a focus working groups, and will be coordinated by the project team. The activity will include training of members of the expert team and the target group, deepening their professional knowledge, for example, in the field of human resources management in accordance with the principles of the HR Award; OTM-R policy, the field of well-being and transparency of employment relations, or topics related to the prevention of discrimination. Another goal is to improve the strategic setting of the UMPRUM and the training of staff in the area of human resource development and gender equality through key activity no. 3, which will concern the creation of a concept for a grant department with the aim of setting up and streamlining project preparation, especially for international research projects. The activity will include improving the skills of project team members or employees and students of the school in relevant topics reflecting the latest industry trends, e.g. the possibilities of international grant schemes, involvement and administrative support for international mobility, etc.
