NOVA - The Return Grants of the CDV

Anotace anglicky

The project has three objectives: 1. Pilot testing of the implementation of the return grant scheme. As part of the pilot testing, we want to identify real interest, common obstacles to implementation, and other opportunities it brings. We will implement the scheme by issuing an internal call for return grants, ensuring the evaluation process, and providing expert team support for the submitted project to the main return grant recipients. We will evaluate everything in detail and recommend how to proceed with the return grant support. 2. Implementation of 10 return grants according to the established scheme, the results of the target group needs analysis, and the conditions set out in this call. Each return grant will have some of the prescribed R&D&I results and will contribute to the fulfillment of the project indicators. 3. Creation of the Keep in Touch Concept, including a plan of activities to be implemented. The concept will define the activities, processes, and responsibilities of CDV staff related to communication with staff on career breaks, and subsequently (outside this project), internal documentation will be updated to ensure the sustainability of the activities set out. All objectives are based on an analysis of the target group's needs and are in line with the DKRVO 2023-2027 and the activities of the CDV Human Resources Development Action Plan (following on from the HR Award).
