Anotace anglicky

The goal of the project is to develop software that will ensure the automation and digitization of communication tasks with clients (patients) of spa and rehabilitation facilities, state administration systems, insurance companies and other entities, thereby significantly reducing the time-consuming nature of these tasks. The output of the project will be 5 software modules solving new functions: 1. Before check-in The following functions will be addressed: Accommodation before check-in, Medical before check-in, Catering before check-in. The possibility of online entry of personal, health, dietary and other information about clients even before they start their stay. 2. Electronic health documentation New functionalities: Complete management of the patient's medical documentation in electronic format according to applicable legislation. Electronic signing of documentation, time stamps, secure storage and archive). The possibility of accessing medical documentation via an internet browser on a mobile device (mobile phone, tablet), namely a preview of the documentation, attendance at procedures, a preview of the progress plan. 3. Communication center - client Implementation Communication with the client via e-mail and SMS (direction to the client and direction from the client). 4. Communication center - state administration Communication with the state administration. eNeschopenka (CZ/SK), health insurance company portals (payments, payments, verification of the insured, verification of the contract with ZP, etc.), eVoucher, data mailbox system. 5. Communication center - external systems Communication with external hardware systems will be addressed, such as identification media for clients, turnstile and entrance systems, info panels for clients, catering system. Communication with third-party information systems, such as external accommodation systems, external health systems (NIS), will also be addressed.
