Biomass processing of grass and cane growthes to biogas and organic fertilizer.

Anotace anglicky

The project deals with the processing technology of fresh or preserved biomass of grass and cane growthes to the biogas with high energy content and to the effective solid organic fertilizer. The technological pathway of the processing includes the harvesting and preserving of phytomass, the mechanical treatment of phytomass, mixing with the activators, inoculating substrate and, as the case may be, also with the other organic wastes and includes also the two stage process of fermentation. In anaerobicstage there will be produced the biogas an d in aerobic stage there will be produced stabil organic fertilizer. The processing will be carried out in biofermentors with different volume and the surplus heat from the exotermic process of the second stagewill be used to the heating of anaerobic biofermentor and to the acceleration of methanogenesis process. The technology will be proposed particularly to the processing of phytomass from the maintaining of grass covered arable soil in the marginal areas.
