Anotace anglicky

"The project consists of the implementation of a comprehensive complex of prepared organizational innovations (extending in part to the process innovations), which can be divided into 3 main areas: 1. Planning and management of processes and orders at the company level (organizational innovation) 2. Coordination and implementation of activities in the Construction Department (organizational and process innovation) 3. Monitoring and management of activities in the Production Division (organizational innovation) The primary goal of the project is to strengthen and increase Prestar's international competitiveness by achieving greater efficiency in all business processes affected by the project. It will speed up and improve planning in the course of acquisitions and preparation of orders, centralize and automate data sharing during development / design activities, and thus reduce errors in this area, eliminate inefficiencies in the utilization of production capacities and accelerate overall order throughput throughout the company, to minimize exceeding contractual delivery dates and increase overall production capacity. The main method by which these goals will be achieved is a significant progress in the field of digitization and automation of business processes in accordance with the Industry 4.0 concept. The specific content of the project will be the implementation of the following activities: • introduction of the APS system (Advanced Planning and Scheduling) • modernization (replacement of the current unsatisfactory) the ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning) • upgrade and expansion of the ECAD system (Electronic Computer-Aided Design) • introduction of PDM system (Product Data Management) • introduction of the MES system (Manufacturing Execution System) including online collection of digital production data and their evaluation (OEE - Overall Equipment Effectiveness)"
