Anotace anglicky

The aim of the project is to digitize and automate business processes, which will ensure their higher efficiency, speed and response, proactive communication with other systems and enable the implementation of new functions such as launching an e-commerce management platform together with a product configurator and connecting electronic waste records. The output of the project is the reimplementation of the current ERP system, which will increase the efficiency and speed of reversing cycles and shorten the reaction time for the execution of each individual order. The new modern information system created on the principles of the Industry 4.0 concept will provide the applicant with the opportunity to respond flexibly to customer requirements for product individualization, shortening turnaround cycles and delivery times of the supply chain, as well as the ability to reconfigure the production process in a short time. The production management process will be aimed at the ability to uniquely identify production using barcodes, in the longer term and the adoption of RFID or QR code technologies. Digitization and automation of processes will simplify internal logistics and communication, as well as better planning and management of production and warehouse flows. The system will contribute to the reduction of the total generated waste, streamlining of order processing and to the reduction of manual inputs of mechanical rewriting into the systems. The time of the company's employees will be saved and the administrative burden will be reduced. The benefits of the project will lead to a reduction in operating costs and thus an increase in sales, will significantly increase the company's cash flow and ensure an increase in the company's competitiveness in international markets.
