Anotace anglicky

The goal of the project is to innovate the internal procedures of the IT service company in the field of providing healthcare billing services. The main reason for this innovation is to increase the company's competitiveness and gain new clients. The current manual billing process is error-prone and requires increased staffing as the volume of data increases. The project focuses on streamlining these processes and automating them as much as possible in order to provide services with fewer workers. Newly defined processes with the use of shared know-how and control will make it possible to optimize the role of workers according to their knowledge and expertise. Innovating healthcare billing procedures will allow the IT service company to enter new markets in Slovakia and increase revenue. The collaboration with sister company Medihome, which is IQVIA's hospital system implementation partner, provides a synergistic effect and the potential to reach an installed customer base worldwide. This is a unique international connection in the field of providing services in the healthcare sector. The IT serve company thoroughly researches competitive solutions on foreign markets and uses a comparative approach for new product development. Nevertheless, it is difficult to compare foreign solutions due to different legislative settings, the company tries to combine proven foreign procedures with the specifics of the Czech legislative environment. It is expected that after the completion of the process innovation, the IT company will serve to conclude 2 new client contracts in Slovakia and 4 new client contracts in the Czech Republic in the first 5 years. The project represents a strategic step for the development of the company and its position on the market for the provision of services in the field of healthcare.,
