Automated state management of IT infrastructures to increase company efficiency a cybersecurity

Anotace anglicky

The first goal is to expand the capacity of the existing facility and effectively manage orders and processes within the company, which addresses the problem of overload of the Helpdesk system and its operators due to the large number of notifications from devices. The emphasis will be on optimization and automation of processes, which will lead to increased efficiency, shorter response times and reduced security risk for the system. The second goal is to expand the company's portfolio with new products and services and maintain a high quality of their provision. This will address the problem of inefficient manual device control, which slows down the process and does not use the time of technicians efficiently. The development of new tools and processes will enable automation and more efficient device management, which will improve the overall quality of the services provided. The third goal is to develop a cyber security system based on an open-source solution that will monitor network traffic in the infrastructure. This addresses the problem of difficult monitoring of IT infrastructure and network communication at customers. The cyber security system will enable timely detection and prevention of attacker intrusions and malicious network communication, thereby increasing overall security and reducing risk to the system and customer data. The last goal is to create a central management to which individual systems from different customers will be connected. This addresses the problem of manual control of firewall logs and monitoring of network traffic, which are time-consuming and dependent on the human factor. The project aims to address the above problems and causes through the development of tools, automation and process improvement. This is expected to lead to increased efficiency, shorter response times, reduced security risk, improved quality of services provided and a higher level of cybersecurity for customers.
