Anotace anglicky

The main goal of the project is to develop and validate an AI assistant for the Mindwell therapeutic platform, which will significantly increase the efficiency and quality of provided psychotherapeutic care. The project addresses the critical shortage of accessible mental health care through innovative use of artificial intelligence. Specific measurable goals 1) Increasing therapeutic process efficiency: - Reducing therapist time from 25 to less than 10 minutes per interaction - Maintain or increasing clinical effectiveness (Cohen's d > 0.8) - Improving client adherence through faster feedback 2) Ensuring safety and quality of care: - Implementation of automatic client risk detection system - Creating a system for automatical client therapy progression processing - Development of security protocols in compliance with AI Act for high-risk AI systems - Preparation of technical documentation for MDR class IIa certification Unique prerequisites - Extensive dataset of 6000+ structured therapeutic interactions - Expert team of 50+ active therapists led by Prof. Praško - Working certified platform with proven efficacy - Multi-agent AI architecture developed specifically for CBT therapy AI implementation impacts within 5 years: - Increase in annual client capacity from 7000 to 20000+ clients in domestic market - Revenue of CZK 625.6 million - Cost savings of CZK 132 million - Expansion to foreign markets targeting 30000 clients annually The solution combines the best of AI technology and expert healthcare expertise in mental health care, creating a significant barrier to entry for competitive projects in digital therapy. Through certification as a medical device and coverage by health insurance, we will ensure broad accessibility of care without financial barriers for consumers.
