Behaviour of textiles under high frequency stress

Anotace anglicky

The principal objective of the proposed project is to devise a suitable mathematical description of behaviour of varied textile materials and a textile products during a cyclical stress. The textile materials deformation behaviour influences a technological process and a product quality. As an example we can show in weaving technology. In the second half of the past century, the productivity of the waving machines has increased considerably. However, at the turn of the century, this trend suffers a change, and the outputs of weaving machines stagnate or drop down. The behaviour of textile materials during the weaving process and their deformation characteristics can by one of the possible reasons for this stop in the growth of productivity. The proposed project will by concerned with both theoretical and experimental analysis of the deformation characteristic varied textiles. The mathematical description of behaviour of the textiles in question under certain (climatic) conditions consists in devisinga suitable rheologic model and determining its inputs parameters. Therefore, a partial objective of the project is the creation of an adequate experimental method allowing to determine these parameters under varying climatic conditions.
