Research on value creation for transport user

Anotace anglicky

The category "value" is the key concept in management theory. It is ambiguous category because it may be interpreted from many points of view - for example from the procedural, economic, axiology or marketing-logistic point of view. The aim of the project is to find the research solution on value creation for transport user. These problems have not been solved yet in the transport services sector. The proposal of the solution will be focused on problems of recognition of the value of transport service than on the value creation process and the process of realization of the value from the transport user's point of view. It is related to both freight transport and passenger transport. The output of the solution of this problem will be the elaboration ofnew, complex access to the knowledge, creation and realization of the value of the transport service sensed by user. It concern both freight and passenger transport. Results of the research will contribute to the expansion of possibilities in the area applicability of new knowledge into the transport praxis. The creation of unified manual will enable to responsible authorities the objective and system decision-making in the transport area, based on specification, quantification and complexity of officiating of value sensed by user of the freight and passenger transport.
