Anotace anglicky

The Czech wider and educational discussion is still facing the "legacy" of communist totalitarianism, which has transformed the mentality and everyday life of Czech society, science, schools and education. This is often the result of an uncritical reflection on this period. The project analyses the formation and transfer of pedagogical knowledge and the transformation of the practices of educational science on the example of the J.A. Comenius Institute of Pedagogy (Czechoslovak Academy of Sciences, 1948-1968). The focus is on the ideologization, Sovietization, political instrumentalization and the question of the scientific autonomy of educational science under the totalitarian control. The project uses methods of reconstructing the formation, change and "resistance" of pedagogical knowledge and discursive analysis. The results will be published in international journals (Impact/Scopus), in a monograph abroad, used in the networking of interdisciplinary international research teams and will fill a gap in international research on the role of education in the "Eastern Bloc" countries.
