Scientific testing of intellectual property rights in the framework of globalization of law
Anotace anglicky
The essence of the project is an original scientific analysis of concepts and the testing of individual subject-matters of intellectual property rights in the information and knowledge society at the international, EU and domestic levels and within the framework of globalization and law and business. The core lies in an original scientific expression of concept tokens of those ideal subject-matters and of their strong and weak elements from the viewpoint of law and jurisprudence. The issues dealt with concern especially authors' works including software and databases, trade marks, particularly the possibility of their confusion, trade secrets, know-how, both registered and non-registered designs as well as a scientific judgment of other than proprietary harm linked with infringements of intellectual property rights. The project also includes a scientific solving of clashes of individual intellectual property rights with one another and with public assets such as public health.
