Anotace anglicky

The problem of the Polish minority in the Těšín region is till this time the unexplored theme. This theme is also very complicated and it is necessary to turn attention especially on regional aspects (aftermath of the Nazi policy andand verification of holders of the special kind of the German citizienship - volkslista, problem of Poles at the extraordinary people's court in Ostrava due to their activity before the war, church policy of the state etc.). This fact is the reason why the proposer of the project wants to prepare edition of documents firstly. It is the first step of the more detailed research which should also deal with indentity of the Polish minority. Without knowledge of the historical mechanism which formed the Polish minority it is notpossible. The editions of documents should affort historians to create the basis for the research. The project is chronologicaly delimitated with the end of the Second World War and the expiriation time of the additional protocol to the Czechoslovak-Polish treaty signed in March 1947. The additional protocole set theses (on reciprocal basis) of granting of the minority rights of Czechs and Slovaks in Poland and Poles in Czechoslovakia. Therefore March 1949 is elected as the chronological point becauseonly this way it is possible to show how the additional protocol was realised in relation to the Polish minority.
