Anotace anglicky

The project is focused on the systematic identification of the nature, instruments, and specific manifestations of cognitive influence exerted by the Russian Federation against selected targets within the territory of the Czech Republic and in partner NATO and EU member states. Its primary objective is to assess the effectiveness of these operations and evaluate their potential applicability against the forces of the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic (ACR). Based on a case study approach, the project identifies key vulnerabilities in terms of cognitive resilience, while proposing essential protective mechanisms, preventive methodologies, and compensatory security measures. The analytical framework also includes the development of scenarios for the future evolution of Russian Federation cognitive influence toward the Czech Republic, providing a basis for threat prediction, operational planning, and the formulation of adaptive strategies. The main output of the project is a comprehensive research report, intended to strengthen ACR capabilities in defending against various forms of cognitive influence.
