Anotace anglicky

In conditions of symmetrical war, there is a massive influx of wounded with an extensive burden on medical task forces. The massive influx of wounded places high demands on personnel and material resources and their consumption leads to a reduction in the capacity to treat the wounded and the ability to return members of the armed forces to combat readiness. The Enhanced Recovery After Surgery concept leads to a reduction in the length of hospitalization and better clinical and functional results, but it also leads to a higher burden on outpatient and inpatient units. The presented concept using telemedicine will allow, with the adaptation of existing technologies, research, use and development of an application system for monitoring, self-monitoring and self-examination of the current health status. Evaluation of deviations from the standardized post-traumatic and postoperative state will allow for a timely and effective response to potential complications and will lead to the redistribution of medical personnel with an increase in the effectiveness of their deployment. The project has potential use both in peacetime conditions to optimize the resources of military medical units, and in combat conditions to reduce the burden on the bed capacity of field medical facilities and improve care for wounded soldiers.
