Anotace anglicky

The aim is to develop a method of assessing the difficulty of working conditions using legally defined aspects of the neuropsychological burden, the likelihood of risk to life and health and the difficulty of the working regime. The method will consist of determining all aspects of the neuropsychological burden, the likelihood of risk to life and health and the difficulty of the working regime, their unambiguous definition (definition) applicable to the public service and administration environment and the government service, and their weighting, between each other. The method will further include the graduation of each selected aspect to the required number of steps in order to reliably evaluate the extent of its action in specific conditions and instances of public services and administration. It will also be part of the design of the mechanism (relative values, points) to transfer the result of the evaluation of the individual aspects into the assignment of the works and working conditions to the respective special bonus group. This method of assessment will be supplemented in every aspect and intensive step by illustrative practical examples documenting their impact on specific conditions of public services and administration (case studies). The processor will be required to carry out more extensive testing of the results of the method, participation in the implementation of the method and implementation of corrections according to the development in the individual sectors of the salary sphere.
