Anotace anglicky

The aim of the project is to find a new (improved) way of developing existing methodologies and tools, which were and will be related to the implementation of the Digital Technical Map of the Czech Republic (hereinafter "DTM CR"). These new tools should include not only updates of existing tools, but also the proposal of more effective ones, which will be necessary for the implementation of the DTM CR after the adopted amendment of legal regulations. In order to update existing tools, it is absolutely necessary to build on the existing outputs from the "TITSMV705 Unified Digital Technical Map Exchange Format" project. With regard to the legislative shift in this area and the related expected dynamic development of the DTM CR, it is therefore necessary to address not only specific technical findings that are currently already detected, but also new methods to respond to findings that currently cannot be precisely specified. and which will arise in connection with the implementation of the DTM CR. It follows that the solver of this need must be at a very high professional level with proven experience in the preparation of conditions for the implementation of the DTM CR. One of the considered minimum outputs is also a technical manual for surveyors, who will primarily acquire data for the DTM CR (which will be validated according to the rules of the Ministry of the Interior at the technical level of ČUZK). Furthermore, it is necessary to coordinate the method of keeping building identification numbers in the new Building Identification Number Information System with the information systems of digital regional maps. It is also necessary to find an effective way for the consolidation of DTM CR data by processors and for the establishment of DTM CR data funds by regions (using the JVF DTM portal and a modified version of JVF DTM 1.4).
