Anotace anglicky

The main objective of the minitender is to provide stable 1.0 version of the Elza application until middle of the year 2018. The researcher should design the procedures and activities of the ongoing innovative development of the Elza software, including ensuring a qualified way of solving the project in the period 04/2018 -08/2018, which will ensure fulfillment of this objective. Further development will be continuously built on already implemented parts of the software prototype. The primary task of the researcher is to prepare version 1.0 of the application, coordinating already running minitenders and to taking over of their results. The minitender's researcher should focus on optimization of the code and possibly fix critical errors. In the stable version of the application, it is necessary to design and embody label tag, sheets solutions for so-called "ad hoc" prints. In addition, it is necessary to design and ensure the implementation of the bulk creation of the description units based on the selected template. The researcher should contribute to the discussion of reference labeling issues. To formulate and implement the Elza edits in order to fully use the reference labels for unambiguous archival identification. The researcher should come up with a proposal of the method and the procedure of pilot testing of digitization in Elza's prototype application in the Archive of the Prague City. Pilot verification, including a report on the results achieved, should be an integral part of the minitenders. The Provider should be ready to announce the required number of minitenders by August 31. The scope and number of minitenders will be specified on the basis of a discussion of the solver's proposal. The prerequisite is that the researcher will have a deep knowledge of the Basic Rules of archival processing, will have an overview of the archive's requirements for hosting software and the knowledge of Elza application's source code.

1. Všechny výsledky tohoto projektu byly dosaženy v souladu se Smlouvou. Ke všem takto dosaženým výsledkům se vyjádřil konečný uživatel a expert a shodně vyjádřili 100% spokojenost s jejich stavem. 2. Projekt splnil stanovený cíl. 3. Projekt uspěl podle zadání. 4. Resort převzal finální výsledky, neboť naplňují předloženou výzkumnou potřebu.
