Proposal for a strategic framework of higher education for the automotive industry

Anotace anglicky

The aim of the project will be to design a strategic framework of higher education for the automotive industry. This framework will be developed on the basis of research and a search of strategic documents. 1. to analyse the necessary competences of university graduates (professional knowledge, professional skills) with regard to future trends in the automotive sector and to propose recommendations for the profiles of a graduate of a bachelor's, postgraduate master's, doctoral study programme (professional and academic). Analyse the existing graduate profiles of universities offering degree programmes applicable to the automotive sector. The subject of the analysis will be the identification of existing competences and their alignment with future trends. 3. Creation of a strategic framework, which will include in particular: - Recommendations for innovation of existing study programmes of technical faculties of HEIs to ensure alignment with the needs of the automotive sector - Assessment and proposal for possible revision of Government Regulation No. 275/2016 on areas of education with regard to future needs of the automotive sector - Recommendations for the creation of new prospective study programmes (SP) and specialisations within existing SP., Including recommendations for the inclusion of new subjects in the curriculum in line with current and future technical and technological developments in the automotive industry (sustainability and green deal, electromobility, autonomous driving, digitalization, mobility as a service/shared mobility, etc.), including recommendations for the infrastructure equipment of the technical faculties of HEIs to meet this objective. - Propose a system of support for the implementation of lifelong learning programmes in HEIs for the automotive sector - Propose an appropriate system of cooperation between HEIs and the automotive sector for the implementation of the curriculum, including financial and infrastructural support from the M
