The aim of this work is to analyse the effect of localised heating on the true strain value in the structure. At the same time the project has been focused on the comparison between measurement on the free surface and stress calculation through the thickness of real composite material. The results from strain gage measurement in relation to minimizing of strain gage measurement error will be assumed as base value for comparison with results from FEA solution.
