The report describes the methodologies for compiling emissions inventories used in the Czech Republic. The report is prepared in accordance with the UN Convention on Long-range Transboundary Air Pollution (UNECE), as well as Directive (EU) 2016/2284 on the reduction of national emissions of certain air pollutants (NEC Directive), in line with the EMEP/EEA air pollutant emissions inventory guide. The report includes emissions inventories from the base year of the protocol up to 2023.
