Workshop was focused on theoretical and practical knowledge of using our instrument Microfadeometer - it is system of few instruments used for determination of light stability of materials. Fisrt part of workshop was lecture Christel Pesme (expert on microfadeometry from Getty Conservation Institute and Switzerland) about measuring principles and parameters and about light stability of organic materials. Participants were measuring sample of new library collection and its light stability and comparing with standards - so called Blue Wool Standards. This method is very useful for making decisions before conservation, exhibition and so one.
