Le document met l'accent sur l'inluence de l'Eglise aux pratiques funéraires de jeunes enfants en comparant deux grandes moraves (Mikulčice-Kostelisko, N=235; Prusanky, N=174) et une carolingiennes (Notre-Dame at Cherbourg, N=111) sépultures. Le texte apporte quelques éléments de réponse á la question de la spécificité des inhumations des individus immatures au haut Moyen Age, mais la variabilité inter-site reste le constat le plus frappant.

The contribution focuses on the influence of the Church to the burial practices by children on the basis of comparison of the two Great Moravian (Mikulčice-Kostelisko, N=235; Prusanky, N=174) and one Carolingian (Notre-Dame at Cherbourg, N=111) burial places. The text gives some answers to questions about particularity of burials of the small children in the early Middle Ages, but the variability between the burial sites remains the most interesting result.
