Popis výsledku v původním jazyce

The knowledge on the family Reduviidae in the Arabian Peninsula is very uneven. So far, 114 species-group taxa of assassin bugs have been reported from the Arabian Peninsula, 45 species of which are endemic (Putshkov & Putshkov, 1996; Aukema et al., 2013). In this paper, 1 subfamily (Tribelocephalinae St?l, 1866), 4 genera (Caunus St?l, 1861; Lopodytes St?l, 1853; Thodelmus St?l, 1859; Tribelocephala St?l, 1854), and 13 species are first recorded from the Arabian Peninsula, four of which being new to science, including dozens of first records for the particular states (13 to Oman, 2 to Saudi Arabia, 19 to the UAE, and 14 to Yemen). Empicoris insperatus sp. nov., Reduvius hirsutus sp. nov., Reduvius viridescens sp. nov. and Oncocephalus nebulosus sp. nov. are described as new to science.
