The paper presents a so-far unpublished find of a didrachm of the type Oberleiserberg 2 from the territory of Slatiny in northeast Bohemia. In order to fully appreciate the importance of the find it is necessary to fully apprehend the information provided by the coin finds from Oberleiserberg in Lower Austria. This very particular coin type is currently documented by 16 pieces, 11 of which come from Oberleiserberg. The coin type dates to LT D1, most probably to LT D1b. The coin from Slatiny is the first representative of the type found in Bohemia.
