Absolute Gravity Measurements and Calibration of Tidal Gravimeters at the Geodetic
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
The absolute gravimeter FG5 No.215 has been used for repeated absolute gravity measurements since August 2001. Alatogether 38 mostly diurnal measurements were carried out until March 2003. From the time series of results we can infer the periodic changeof gravity with the period of 1 year and the amplitude 2.5 uGal which is probably caused by the changes of ground watermasses around observing site. Heights of the ground water level, přecipitation and soil moisture have been recorded for explanation ofhydrological effects on the gravity. Correlations between the gravity and hydrological parameters were investigated. the repeated absolute measurements were also used for computing the calibration coefficients of the tidal gravimeters Askania No. 228 andLCR No. 137 running at the observatory. From tree-day simultaneus the calibratin coeficients were determined with an accuracy of 0.05% during tidal variations within the range of 240 uGal. A long-term calibration of the tidal gravimeters
