Comparison of crop yields in suggested site-specific management zones in year 2006

Yield information provides important feedback in determining the effects of management inputs. Crop yields have been mapped in the Crop Research Institute in Prague since the year 2003. This paper evaluates crop yield variation caused by varieble rate application of nitrogen inputs in the field in year 2006 where whinter barley was grown. The field was divided on the basis of crop yields maps from year 2005 on three side-specific management zones with approximately same yield value. Crop yield maps wereprocessed from data that were measured yield sensors on the basis of grain flow meter method and saved on memory data card. Soil and crop site-specific information were observed on the site-specific management zones where measured points by GPS are defined too. Further crop yield maps of different field parts were used for better choice of next crops; identify places with high or low crop yield etc. Yield data from site-specific management zones were assessed according to statistical me
