Bioinformatic analysis of rDNA sequences of several nematodes from the genus Ditylenmchus was performed. Presence of short repeated DNA motifs localized in the ITS1 region of D. destructor, no similar DNA repeats were identified in other members of the genus. Obtained data were used for development of the method enabling parallel detection of D. dipsaci sensu stricto, Ditylenchus sp. B and D. destructor nematodes.
