In the article there are mentioned the results of project sub-solution. The aim was to propose and check a new functional technical element of applicator for precise targeted application of chemical protective liquid preparations or fertilizers during the potato planting within the checking of environmentally friendly methods of potato cultivation. The determination of savings of liquid protective preparations was carried out by means of detection sensors, functional dosing elements and steering electronic modul. The laboratory testing of dosing was realized on measuring stand and operational testing of dosing was carried out with use of functional model of planting mechanism of potato planter. There were measured and compared the doses of liquid during the intermittent dosing controlled by modul and at continuous flow of spraying liquid.
