Reduction of ammonia concentration in intensive animals breeding by biotechnological agents
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
The presentation contains a description of the method of determination of ammonia emissions in livestock housing with forced and natural ventilation. According to this methodology, the efficacy of biotechnological agents to reduce ammonia emissions was verified. The reducing effect of the modified carbon applied to the feed mixture for fattening pigs was presented. Emission reduction efficiency exceeded 20%. The measurements described below were carried out in broiler fattening halls. The biotechnological product significantly increases feed conversion and reduces the nitrogen content of the urine and excrement. This reduces the production of ammonia. The effectiveness of this product also exceeded 20%. Better conversion of feed has had an effect on yield.
