We conclude that T1D screening in at-risk paediatric population is globally supported by most HCPs specializing in diabetes care. Attitudes towards general population screening remain slightly more cautious. Implementing different T1D screening strategies should be discussed with experts in paediatric T1D care and take regional specifics into account.
