The Czech Metrology Institute decided to build a new orifice-flow-apparatus for the border of fine and high vacuum utilizing two different orifices exchangeable under vacuum. However, one of the originally created orifices had unsatisfactory parameters. The presentation will describe choice and parameters of a replacement and the main final characteristics of the system.
