The TomoProjCCF is a Matlab programme allowing estimation of displacements between original tomogram projections and re-projections of a reconstructed computed by the Objzobraz programme. The aim is to refine the displacement of tomogram projections thatwere used to reconstruct the volume, from which the re-projections were computed.
