L'article d'abord identifie les facteurs influençant l'adaptation des Vietnamiens en Tch?quie. Ensuite, il démontre a travers des exemples précis comment les Vietnamiens (tout comme d'autres minorités ethniques) résident en Tch?coslovaquie autour de l'année 1989, et étant sous la pression d'une force assimilative constante, pouvaient s'émanciper du cadre relativement stricte des r?gles officielles et trouver une certaine autonomie, notamment en créant des réseaux sociaux qui leur ont permis d'assurer leur statut de groupe ethnique "bien adapté" qui persiste encore aujourd'hui.

First, the article identifies the factors influencing the adaptation of Vietnamese in Czech Republic. Then it demonstrates through specific examples how the Vietnamese (as other ethnic minorities) residing in Czechoslovakia around 1989, and being under the pressure of constant assimilative power, could have emancipated from the relatively strict framework of the official rules and found certain autonomy, in particular by creating social networks which enabled them to ensure their status of "well adapted" ethnic group, that still persists today.
