Die Studie beschäftigt sich mit der Stellung der Frauenklöstern der Oberlausitz in der Barockzeit, und mit ihrer Rolle in den Beziehungen zwischen Sachsen (Oberlausitz) und Böhmen. Sie studiert vor allem die innere Verhältnisse der Klöster, wo viele Frauen aus Böhmen eintraten, und weitere bohemikale Bezüge.
