Dlja etogo bylo zatronuto ponjatie ëmkosti-kontejnera kak odnogo iz osnovnych ponjatij v ramkach strukturirovanija prostranstva.

The article discusses the possibilities of conducting a contrastive analysis of Russian and Czech lexemes with a genetically related root element hrad/ grad/gorod using the tools of corpus linguistics. The semantics of the lexicon with this root element is further analyzed from the standpoint of cognitive 7linguistics. For this, the concept of a container-capacity was touched upon as one of the basic concepts in the framework of space structuring.
