Das Papier beschreibt den Einfluss ABGB tschechischen Privatrechts in seiner Geschichte von 1918 bis zur Gegenwart. Es beweist, dass auch die sogenannten sozialistischen ABGB Privatrechts Spur hinterlässt, vor allem im Bereich des materiellen Rechts, imallgemeinen Teil des BGB und in anderen Bereichen. Gleichzeitig ist jedoch, verweist auf den falschen "Slave"-ABGB-Empfang auf der neuen tschechischen Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuches, wie ABGB, obwohl moderne Konzept zum Zeitpunkt ihrer Gründung, inzwischen weitgehend obsolet Rechtsnorm.

The study describes the impact of the ABGB on Czech private law in its history since 1918 until the present time. It shows that the ABGB influenced even the socialist civil law, particularly in property law, in the general part of the Civil Code and in other areas. It also shows the mistakes at the introduction of the old fashion rules of ABGB in the new Czech Civil Code.
