Les rapports entre ordres juridiques interpellent les juristes, toutes disciplines confondues. Les interactions normatives que ces rapports suscitent, la circulation des solutions juridiques qu'ils génèrent, le mouvement du droit qu'ils enclenchent, le renouvellement des sources, des méthodologies qu'ils induisent, interrogent les fondements mêmes de nos cultures juridiques en modifiant en profondeur la structure des ordres juridiques et leurs notions fondatrices.

The contribution embodies responses to the questionnaire as follows: the position of the law of foreign origin (European, international) within the Czech legal order, question of supremacy, its role as a criterion of constitutional review of norms; a solution of conflicts between national, European and international law, the question of thei hierarchy or subsidiarity; constituional identity under the constrains of EU law and European Convention on Human Rights; relation between the Constitutional Court and European Court of Justice/European Court of Human Rights, submissions for preliminary references; a participation of the Constitutional Court at the judicial dialog through referencies to case-law; legitimacy, souvereignty and loyalty issues in constitutional jurisprudence; interpenetration of legal systems in view of the Constitutional Court; etc.
