Der Artikel "Regelung pyrotechnischer Gegenstände im Rahmen der Europäisierung und ihre Mängel" beleuchtet die Verwendung von Feuerwerkskörpern zur Unterhaltung in der Europäischen Union. Der Schwerpunkt des Artikels liegt auf der Analyse der Regelungen von pyrotechnischen Gegenständen in der EU und deren Defiziten, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Umwelt- und Klimaschutz. Zudem wird ein Vergleich der Vorschriften von vier ausgewählten Ländern (Tschechische Republik, Deutschland, Frankreich und Luxemburg) durchgeführt, um festzustellen, ob sie aus Umwelt- oder Klimaschutzgründen Einschränkungen bei der Verwendung von Unterhaltungsfeuerwerken einführen.

The article "Regulation of pyrotechnic articles in the context of Europeanisation and its shortcomings" looks at the use of fireworks for entertainment in the European Union. The focus of the article is on the analysis of the regulations of pyrotechnic articles in the EU and their shortcomings, especially with regard to environmental and climate protection. In addition, a comparison of the regulations of four selected countries (Czech Republic, Germany, France and Luxembourg) is carried out to determine whether they introduce restrictions on the use of amusement fireworks for environmental or climate protection reasons.
