The article deals with the Nazi aggression against Czechoslovakia in 1938-1945 using the theory of war. The author points out many differences of this conflict compared to other wars. Nevertheless, he believes that it was a war in terms of objectives, methods and implementation. It was an ideological, racial and criminal war. The author focuses on the legal aspects of this war.
