Die Autoren konzentrieren sich auf den Ansatz zur Erhaltung der biologischen Vielfalt im Zusammenhang mit Klima- und Energiefragen aus der Perspektive des internationalen, europäischen und tschechischen Rechts. Die Autoren erörtern auch kurz die Mängel dieses rechtlichen Schutzes und wie er verbessert werden kann, um einen weiteren Rückgang der biologischen Vielfalt zu vermeiden.
