Dieser Beitrag befasst sich mit dem Interessenkonflikt zwischen der Förderung der Erzeugung erneuerbarer Energien durch Windkraftanlagen einerseits und dem Naturschutz andererseits. Er analysiert die neuesten EU-Rechtsvorschriften zur Renaturierung und zu erneuerbaren Energien und vermittelt die Sichtweise der Tschechischen Republik zum Umgang mit einem solchen Konflikt.

This contribution deals with conflict of interests of between, on one hand, support of production of renewable energy through wind turbines, and nature conservation on the other. It analyses the newest EU legislation on nature restoration and on renewable energy and gives the perspective of the Czech Republic on handling of such a conflict.
