The conference serves as a regular multidisciplinary forum of Belarusian studies and offers a rare networking opportunity for researchers of Belarus. The working language of the conference is English. The conference organising committee included Dr Karalina Mackevich, Dr Alena Marková, Prof Yarik Kryvoi (co-chair) and Prof Andrew Wilson (co-chair). The keynote speaker was Prof Elena Korosteleva, Oxford Belarus Observatory, Oxford University (&quot;Complexity, Resilience and the Political: Understanding the Many Crises in Belarus&quot;).
